Electronic Posters

During the Congress, your Electronic Poster will be accessible on dedicated ePoster stations throughout the venue. A few selected Electronic Posters may also be displayed in rolling loops on various screens in the exhibition area.

All Posters must be submitted online by the deadline of 25 May 2011.

If you want to be considered for the Best of Poster Award, the electronic poster submission deadline is 21 March 2011.

Please note that Electronic Posters may NOT be uploaded onsite in Geneva and Electronic Posters that are attached to an email cannot be processed. Posters received after the above deadline are not guaranteed to be included in the poster programme.

Please note the following instructions:

• Only MS-PowerPoint (*.ppt and *.pptx) presentations (with video formats) will be accepted
• Presentations attached to e-mails cannot be processed
• A maximum of 5 slides is permitted per Electronic Poster
• Hyperlinks cannot be included
• Videos can be included, but the video files must be uploaded separately

The Scientific Programme Committee has decided all authors should declare any potential conflict of interest. This is needed to guarantee the accreditation of the Joint Congress of SOE/AAO with CME bodies. Please include a note in your poster if you currently have or in the past 12 months preceding the activity:

• have had a vested interest or affiliation with any organisation that may be perceived as a potential conflict of interest
• have had any affiliation with an organisation whose philosophy may bias my presentation(s)

Example: Grants from Y, honoraria from Z, advisory board from W etc. The disclosure statement should be included on the first slide of your poster.

Although not having any conflict of interesst, all authors have to disclose this in your poster. If not having anything to disclose, write "Disclosure statement: no conflict of interest".

You may make changes to your uploaded Electronic Poster up to and including 25 May 2011.
