Online Bookings

Individual participants can book their hotel room here or send an email to soe2011.hotel@congrex.com. A deposit of Euro (€) 200 is required to guarantee the room reservation. Each participant will receive a confirmation/invoice and can settle the deposit by credit card or bank transfer. Hotel reservations without payment ten days after confirmation sent by Congrex Travel, cannot be held and will therefore be released. Final payment of the duration of the stay has to be made before 1 May 2011 to Congrex Travel. Please do not send any payments to the hotel.

Pre- and/or post conference bookings

If you wish to make a booking arriving earlier or departing later than the dates mentioned in the hotel booking form, please book the available nights below and contact Congrex Travel to arrange the pre- and/or post nights. Please send an e-mail to soe2011.hotel@congrex.com.

Booking Policy

All requests will be handled on a “first come-first served basis”. Hotel bookings will be guaranteed till 1 May 2011. On or after this deadline, requests will be accepted, but hotel accommodation is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Furthermore, after this date bookings are only possible against full payment by credit card. An administration fee of Euro (€) 30 will be charged for all reservations made after 1 May 2011.

Change and Cancellation Fee

Any change of reservations sent to Congrex Travel via email, will be subject to a handling fee of Euro (€) 30. Please do not contact the hotel directly. If your reservation is cancelled before 1 May 2011, the deposit will be refunded, less a Euro (€) 60 administration fee. If your reservation is cancelled on or after this date no refunds can be made.
