Payment Information

Registrations, tours and events will be confirmed when Congrex has received payment. The Joint Congress of SOE/AAO 2011 is organised by Congrex Sweden AB, www.congrex.com. To meet with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and to further enhance the security of your credit card transaction when making your online booking you will be directed to a secure payment gateway hosted solution via DIBS (payment gateway).
All account balances will receive a request for payment, via email from soe2011.registration@congrex.com which will detail your account overview and include the secure link to our payment suppliers (DIBS). Please ensure that your email address is entered clearly as all correspondence will be by email. To update your contact details please email soe2011.registration@congrex.com.

Admission to the SOE/AAO 2011 is granted only if Congrex has received the registration fee. Delegates, who have made late payments, should bring a proof of payment to the SOE/AAO 2011.

Payment of Registration

Payment should be made in advance by one of the following methods:

• American Express, Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard may be used for payment of registration and social events. Please indicate card number and expiry date on the online registration form.

• Transfer to SEB, SE-106 40 Stockholm, Sweden, BIC/SWIFT-code: ESSESESS, IBAN no SE38 5000 0000 0555 3823 1895, Account 5553 82 318 95 in Euro (€) to Congrex Sweden AB.

Please indicate your name and the payment reference number 011003 on all money transfers. The SOE/AAO 2011 Congress Secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant or invoice number is not mentioned, nor will the SOE/AAO 2011 Congress Secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.

As from three weeks before the SOE/AAO 2011 we only accept credit card as payment. For your security, we do not accept your credit card details by email, fax or phone. You will receive a link, by email, which will direct you to the official secure payment gateway (DIBS). You should expect to receive an email which will detail your account overview and include the secure link for payment.

Payment of Hotel Reservation

A deposit of Euro (€) 200 is required to guarantee your room reservation. Please forward a copy of your bank transfer or settle with your credit card via a secure credit card payment link. Each participant will receive a confirmation/invoice. 

• Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard may be used for all hotel charges.

Reference SOE/AAO 2011, name and invoice number(s). Hotel reservations without payment within two weeks after confirmation sent by Congrex Travel, cannot be accepted and will be released. Final payment of the full amount has to be made before six weeks prior to arrival to Congrex Travel. Please don’t send any payments to the hotel.
